At Purity, we are committed to delivering premium, fresh, food-grade products. Due to the nature of our products (olive oil, olives, and pickled foods), we follow strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Perishable Food Policy

All of our products are perishable consumable goods.
For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered, except in specific cases listed below.

This ensures the integrity and safety of food products for all customers.

 


 

When Returns or Refunds Are Accepted

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Leaking or broken packaging

  • Defective or spoiled upon arrival

  • Incorrect product received

  • Missing items from your order

If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 


 

How to Report an Issue

To process your claim quickly, please email us with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

 


 

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Taste preference or personal preference

  • Products opened or used

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Orders reported after the claim period

 


 

Refund Process

Once your claim is approved:

  • A replacement will be sent, or

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).

 


 

Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is our responsibility (damage / wrong item), we cover all costs.

  • Returns due to other reasons may not be accepted.

 


 

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
